02Things we don't do

So we don't waste your time, the boundaries first:

• No one-to-one investment advice. We're not licensed advisers, and we can't and won't tell you "should I buy" or "how much."
• No opening accounts for you. Opening a card or account is something we only teach the method for—you do it yourself, in your own name, the whole way. Anyone claiming to "open it for you" is not us.
• We never touch your money or accounts. We will never ask you for a password, verification code, private key or seed phrase. If you get a request like that, whoever the sender claims to be, ignore it.

03How long we take to reply

We're a small team and can't promise to reply within hours. We try to read everything that comes in, and we handle what we see; for corrections, once we've checked, we'll fix the article and, where it matters, log it in the corrections record. If you don't hear back right away, don't worry—it's not that we didn't get it.

04For corrections, include the link

Corrections are the mail we welcome most. To help us check faster and avoid back-and-forth, please spell out in your message: which article, which sentence, and the source link you're going on (for instance, that page on the platform's own site). Corrections with a link are much quicker for us to verify and far more likely to be acted on.
